G1VE Technologies
From the Field
Representative engagements across infrastructure, nonprofit systems, and emerging technology sectors.
The engagements below reflect work at the intersection of complex funding ecosystems, infrastructure policy, nonprofit systems, and capital strategy. Each represents a distinct challenge where analytical rigor, sector knowledge, and strategic positioning produced measurable outcomes for clients navigating high-stakes environments.
Engagements are representative examples. Certain client details, project names, and identifying information may be modified or withheld to respect confidentiality agreements.
Urban Infrastructure Funding Strategy
Mid-Atlantic Metropolitan Region
Engaged by a regional transit authority facing a $340M capital shortfall, G1VE developed a multi-source funding architecture spanning federal formula grants, competitive discretionary programs, and state infrastructure bonds. The engagement included a full opportunity pipeline build, grant readiness assessment, and a phased capital deployment roadmap aligned to the agency’s five-year capital improvement plan. The strategy unlocked three concurrent funding pathways previously unidentified by the client’s internal team.
Rural Nonprofit Systems Modernization
Appalachian Rural Counties, Southeast U.S.
A consortium of rural nonprofit organizations sought to modernize shared administrative infrastructure and expand service delivery capacity across six counties. G1VE conducted a comprehensive organizational readiness audit, mapped available USDA Rural Development and HRSA funding streams, and designed a collaborative grant structure that allowed the consortium to apply as a unified entity. The engagement resulted in a submitted application representing the consortium’s largest coordinated funding request to date.
Federal Policy Intelligence & Capture Management
Washington, D.C. Metro Area
A technology firm seeking to expand its federal civilian agency footprint retained G1VE to build a proactive capture management function. The engagement included agency landscape analysis, program officer relationship mapping, RFI response strategy, and a 12-month opportunity calendar aligned to the client’s core competencies. G1VE’s intelligence framework identified four high-probability opportunities 90 or more days before solicitation release, enabling the client to shape requirements and position ahead of competitors.
Coastal Resilience Infrastructure Planning
Gulf Coast, Southern U.S.
Following successive hurricane seasons, a coastal municipality engaged G1VE to develop a resilience-focused capital strategy integrating FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds, HUD Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery allocations, and Army Corps of Engineers project partnerships. G1VE produced a prioritized project portfolio, benefit-cost analysis documentation, and a stakeholder engagement framework that positioned the municipality to compete for over $85M in available federal resilience funding across two fiscal years.
